Since May 2003, the Kinderhospiz Sternenbrücke has been helping children, teenagers, and young adults up to the age of 27 with incurable illnesses to walk a dignified path until their passing.

The young people and their loved ones are supported not only during the final phase of life but also throughout the often years-long journey of illness through relief care.

Targeted support programs help stabilize families, give them strength, and offer room for recovery. Even after the loss of a child, Sternenbrücke continues to stand by families in their grief.
