Hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

This giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram, Facebook or TikTok and is not sponsored, supported or administered by Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

All questions, comments or complaints regarding the giveaway must be addressed directly to the Organizer at info@inkster.eu.

By participating in the giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions:

1. Duration of the Giveaway

1.1 The giveaway is open for participation from November 14, 2025, 00:00 until November 24, 2025, 23:59 (the “Participation Period”).

1.2 All entries received after the specified deadline are excluded from participation.

1.3 The Organizer may terminate the giveaway at any time without stating reasons. In such cases, participants will be informed.

1.4 The Organizer further reserves the right to terminate or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to technical or other reasons or if the fairness of the giveaway appears compromised. Participants are not entitled to any claims resulting from this.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Only natural persons aged 18 or older with permanent residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Any attempt at manipulation will result in exclusion from the giveaway.

2.2 Employees of the Organizer, its affiliated companies, and service providers in direct business relationship with the Organizer, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

3. How to Participate in the Giveaway

3.1 Participation in the giveaway is possible...

...by following our Instagram channel, and liking and commenting on the giveaway post (live from November 18, 2025).

...by signing up for our Pre-Sale.

Each participation method grants one ticket. A maximum of 2 tickets per person can be earned.

3.2 To participate, personal data such as first name, last name, e-mail address and postal address must be provided.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize for...

first place is a Premium Wellness Day for 2 people including overnight stay:

Day admission for 2 people + 2x rental towels (Vabali Hamburg)
50-minute classic massage (couple treatment)
Travel + (1) overnight stay for 2 people
Total value approx. €800

...second place: 10 Inkster tattoos of choice.

...third place: 5 Inkster tattoos of choice.

4.2 There is no entitlement to additional services.

4.3 There is no entitlement to claim the prize. The prizes are non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Credit notes, cash payouts, or exchanges for other items are not possible.

5. Selection and Announcement of the Winners

5.1 The winners will be notified via email or direct message on Instagram or TikTok. Participants are responsible for ensuring they can receive messages from the Organizer.

5.2 Winners have two weeks from the time the notification is sent to claim their prize by replying via the respective channel. If a winner does not respond within two weeks, their claim expires and a new winner will be selected and notified.

5.3 The Organizer is entitled to exclude participants without prior notice if they fail to comply with the participation rules, manipulate the giveaway or participation process, and/or intentionally violate the terms of use.

5.4 The Organizer may exclude participants who cancel the eligible order for participation.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Incorrect or incomplete entries are invalid and do not entitle the participant to claim a prize. The Organizer may exclude participants if there are justified doubts that they are using impermissible participation methods.

6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to terminate or interrupt the giveaway at any time if difficulties arise that compromise the integrity or proper execution of the giveaway. In such cases, the Organizer is not liable to participants.

6.3 The Organizer is not liable for losses or damages arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or due to transmission errors or other technical difficulties, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.

6.4 Upon delivery or handover of the prizes, the Organizer is released from all obligations and is not liable for defects in the prizes.

6.5 Otherwise, the Organizer is liable only for intent and gross negligence. This does not apply in the event of negligent breach of essential contractual obligations — obligations essential for executing the giveaway and which participants may rely on. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for giveaways.
