Yes. Unopened, the tattoos keep for up to 12 months if you store them in a cool, dry place. For the best result, though, it's best to apply them soon. Each tattoo can only be used once.

1–2 weeks, depending on the body part. The tattoo fades slowly as the top layer of skin naturally renews itself. It lasts longest on spots with little friction and water, for example the inner forearm. Moisturising daily helps too.

Choose a spot with little hair and without wrinkles, scars, moles or stretch marks. It's best to shave the spot 24 hours beforehand so your skin isn't irritated. Wash your skin thoroughly and dry it well; cream or grease prevent the ink from sinking in. The Tattoo Primer in the set makes sure your skin is clean. A room temperature of 21–24 °C is ideal.

The inner forearm is always a good choice. Avoid spots that move a lot or crease, such as the elbow, and sensitive areas such as the face, neck, upper chest or inner biceps. Choose the spot carefully, because you can only apply each tattoo once.

That's normal. The ink reacts with your skin and develops its colour within 24–36 hours. At first it's light blue, then it gets darker and darker. Important: don't wash the tattoo off during the first 8 hours and don't touch it for a few hours. If you still can't see anything after 36 hours, write to us at info@inkster.eu.

Yes, the tattoos are waterproof. Swimming makes the tattoo fade slightly faster, while in the sauna and when sweating it even gets darker. You can wear it in the sun too. Don't rub it dry afterwards, and moisturise it.

Every skin is a little different. Next time, make sure to wash the spot thoroughly and dry it well beforehand, and wet the tattoo from the top enough that it comes away completely from the backing material. Best with a gentle exfoliation; warm salt water works particularly well. You can also use a body scrub or a washcloth. Be gentle with your skin and stop rubbing if it hurts. For residue, there's also our Tattoo Remover.

The tattoos contain ingredients you may never have had on your skin before, so there is a small risk of an allergic reaction. If you notice itching, burning or redness, rinse the tattoo off immediately and stop the application. Usually it's just a mild skin irritation that goes away after a few hours. If the symptoms persist, seek medical advice. If you have known skin sensitivities, it's best to ask your doctor beforehand.

As there are no specific studies on use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend, as a precaution, not using it during this time.

The tattoos are not suitable for babies and toddlers. Keep them out of the reach of children.

Avoid contact with the eyes and rinse them out immediately if anything gets in. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows, and do not inhale or swallow.
